Had to bring it back. Slow and not helpful for what I needed. Went back and bought a Mac book.

I really hate this laptop! It is awful to work on.

Does not have a backlit keyboard! Would not recommend

Camera was broken had to go back to the store and return it.

i really like my new chromebook it is small and light my old computer was big and heavy it is exactly what i needed for what i use it fori am a qeek squad member for a long time and i like their servce they are very friendly and knowlegeablethis the second computer i have bought from best buy

I love my new HP Chromebook 15.6 screen makes it easy to see all my school papers perfectly, im 57 years old going back to school so im not to computer savvy but this Chromebook is so easy i feel like a pro.

Excellent product. Basic, simple design which is perfect for students. Touchscreen is excellent for students studying visual arts but needing a lightweight Chromebook to carry around campus. Also, excellent price point!

This is a great chrome book - I do favor HP - it is slim - great brilliant screen - and I really like the 10 key keyboard - I purchased it as an open box - It was new with no defects - a real bargain great

I got this for my mom (80+ years old), and this was really easy for her to learn how to use. The screen is also a nice size--- easy to read.

I've had and used a great variety if Chromebooks. This one ranks up there among the better ones I've possessed. My most recent Chromebook was a 17" and i was worried that the smaller screen would bother me. Nope, it hasn't. This laptop is a keeper! It is speedy bugger and performs tasks as expected. I do love the number pad to the right of the keyboard, a lifesaver! The laptop is a tad bit heavier than some brands and models I've had, but still sits in my lap for extended periods with no discomfort.

Excellent battery life, which is the most important thing I was looking for, and at a very reasonable price.

Great for school. Screen size is perfect and it's not heavy.

This Chromebook worked very well straight out of the box with no problems. These are convenient machines for non-critical uses like streaming and surfing the internet. My only criticism is that the lettering on the keys lacks contrast (light gray on dark gray) and can be a little difficult to see in low light. My other unit has white lettering on black-easier to see!

Everything about this laptop is a 10/10 BUT I had to return it because the keyboard has the extra number keypad so the keyboard itself is like shifted to the left and it was tripping me up sooo much. I loved the laptop so much bc its super fast and nice etc but I couldn't get used to the laptop. I figured I would just connect my own keyboard via USB, but unfortunately this laptop only has one USB port and I already had my mouse connected so I ended up returning and getting a similar Chromebook with a regular keyboard

Good for family computer, I just needed it to search and pay bills and share with family in the office.

I bought this for my 77 years old mother who just needs access to a browser for YouTube and Facebook. She doesn’t need storage, so it was the ideal computer.

I got this HP computer during the Christmas season and ended up returning it. I have had HP products in the past and been very happy. This one seemed to be a lemon. It had a critical error and shut down within seconds of beginning set up. It rebooted and successfully set up but froze up fairly regularly. I returned it and was able to do an exchange. Best Buy employees were courteous and helpful. I fully anticipate the new computer, when it arrives, to be a quality HP product.
