As advertised as an open box item, it's practically brand new, no visible scratches or scarring on the screen or otherwise. My daughter is very happy with this upgrade.

I mostly use it for web browsing and watching shows and movies on You Tube, Netflix, and Max. The screen looks great and so far the Chromebook works great! I realize it can't do everything a full computer could do, but I don't expect it to.
