    I'm basically happy with my purchase, even though technology is leaving me behind and there are a couple of things not included that I just didn't think about, mainly a CD drive and enough input slots for me to connect various devices

    Didn’t like keyboard (too wide) and Google Mail wants to turn my email from @yahoo.com to @gmail.com. Went back to Apple laptop instead.

    I wanted a basic Laptop for running Quickbooks online and Microsoft Office. The salesman assured me I could do those things as I was unaware how Chromebooks operate. It allowed me to download outlook then said it doesn’t support the app. Office has only limited functions on a mobile phone app. So it doesn’t allow for full use of Word, Excel, ect. I feel it’s probably best for online use only. If you want something for browsing and online functions, it’s great. I live 3 hours from the store and told I have to drive back to the store to return it. I cannot ship it back. This is more of a bad review of Best Buy, because I was assured it did everything I needed and I’m unable to make the trip to be able to return it.

    Everything was good, actually, but I don’t like Chromebook. Never had one before, so thought I’d try it out. Returned the next day! Just not my style… too complicated.
