Great value for the discounted price I got it at on Deal of the Day. Very easy to set up and no issues so far. Decent screen and responsively fast for everything I've thrown at it so far. Would highly recommend.

This laptop is super fast,very sleek and lightweight . The salesperson was very knowledgeable about what i was looking for and the whole review and purchase took only approximately 20 minutes. Best Buy is great !

I don't know if it was me or not but this computer took over three weeks to finally realize it can cast to a TV. I also tried to record audio using audacity using a ClearClick but it wasn't picking up everything. But overall it's a great computer and it gets the job done for what I need it to do.

This is a good small laptop that delivers performance for a small price. Business, school, or casual use; this is your chouce for laptops.

Great PC so far. The battery life is great so is the speed.

I purchased this computer for the power,light weight, and how slim the overall product is. It has the ram to run multiple windows if your into multi tasking. If you're no into multitasking, this computer have enough space for videos,photos, music to store for video editing.

Needed a light weight laptop that could handle multiple tasks. This was affordable and seems very capable. I am very happy with it and would recommend.

Setting up my new computer has been a breeze. Never had one this easy to set up. Everything working great. Seems to be very fast for what I need.

This is a great laptop; it is easy to set up and will transfer the old laptop's information to the new one. It's lightweight, perfect for what I need it for. I bought two of them, one for me and one for my daughter.

Got it for 449+tax on sale. I got the generic USB-C docking station from UGREEN and it did not work. Researched online and it seems that it needs the displaylink technology induced USB-C docking station. If its under $500 including tax, it would be an ok buy. But over $500 including tax is not. Others thoughts, 16GB mem, 1TB SSD, Ryzen 7 5825U are not bad. Personally, I think all USB-C should come with DiplayPort Alt mode. If not, they should get the price down dramatically.

My 10 year old Surface Pro wouldn’t take an upgrade so I went Best Buy and found the HP laptop and it works great for me. Geek Squad transferred my data and store manager helped to resolve an issue I had with Microsoft 365
