Quality laptop Loving it✅️ Everyday usage laptop for my work and its smooth

Superb service from a member not of the Geek Squad but who may as well have been, Very patient and willing to assist as a member of my family took quite some time to decide.

Just don't like the pop up's, that keep stating that my virus protection has expired and cloud storage is at it's max when both are not.

A big and better change from my old Lenovo: No more waiting 10 minutes to power up. Only downside: I miss my icon page with all of my regular websites.

Good computer for the money!!! It's a very good cheap one, but for office it's excellent!

Good value for home use. Easy setup, I did not transfer from my previous laptop so it went quite quick and well. Would not call myself a technical savant but managed easily.

Whilst the laptop is functional, one thing that should be advertised is the USBC port on the laptop is unable to transmit a video signal, meaning you cannot hook up a USBC hub connected to multiple monitors to this laptop.

This is a decent entry level laptop. However, I ended up returning it unopened because the RAM cannot be expanded beyond the 8GB that comes preinstalled. When I researched the laptop after purchasing it, I discovered that it is configured with an 8GB RAM SIMM soldered to the motherboard with no RAM expansion slot. There is nothing inherently wrong with that; but, I intend to increase the RAM after purchase to at least 16GB for any laptop I purchase..

Got this for my MBA, and it does the job! Love the touch screen! I recommend for students
