Dead after less than 3 weeks. Wanted to purchase this at a brick and mortar store just before Christmas. Spent $300, supposedly was a $600 laptop on special for Christmas. Store had one in inventory but it could not be located, so had one shipped. It arrived just after Christmas, but due to bust holiday schedule we didn't even open the box until after Jan 1st. The computer was lightly used mainly for internet surfing for less than 3 weeks. Took back to Best Buy and was told we only had 15 days to return the item. I thought it was 30 days, but my bad. Was told it was a video something or other and these HP models are notorious for this. Gee, thanks for telling me when I bought it. I didn't purchase an extended warranty because I figured I'd get decent use out of a brand new unit. NOPE. Was told I would have to deal directly with HP and to expect a long, drawn out process. I ended up selling the thing for $60 on Facebook. What a disappointing waste of time and money.

Purchased for Field work for our technicians. Easy to set up, cost efficient and gets the job done

I am a fan of LG and have several products of theirs but my previous TV only lasted 2 years, the sound went out. So i had to purchase a similar model in hopes it lasts longer.

Doesn't hold battery charge very long. Needs frequent recharge.

A good computer for what I need, and for the price--it was on sale. It is a bit slow.

Not my style , but I think it’s a good choice for a simple routine

To be honest I should have found a better one. The computers fan is very loud, it lags extremely bad sometimes for like 20 minutes then just clears up for like 5 minutes then lags again, I missed my return date so that kind of sucks but definitely don’t buy it

The computer works fine. But for gaming? I wouldn’t really recommend it because the processor to run high quality performance games not a chance

I was told by the store manager, Mike that I would receive $50 if I sign up for a best buy credit card. He said $50 would be deducted from the charge of $529.99 Unfortunately this is not true. The charge for the computer was $319 and I also paid 179.99 for Geek squad protection plus sales tax of $30. Total $529.99. I feel like I was scammed into getting a credit card. I have not received the credit of $50 but I did get the bill for $529.99. Also I have no proof thst I paid $179.99 for Geek squad. I will not buy anything from Best Buy again.

laptop dosent allow use of other search engines I think cursor is dissapearing on this right now it doesnt have loud enough sound freezes sometimes and you have to restart

Was ok but had to return it due to not being able to run multiple monitors

I like everything about the laptop except for the speed. Personally, I’ve never had a computer that moves that slow but it gets the job done.

Smaller screen and keyboard compared to my previous laptop. I am still trying to acclimate myself to my new device.

Screen broke in under 24 hrs. Best Buy would not warranty. Got a Lenovo next day from amazon.

The laptop won’t connect to the Internet and to have to pay to get it fixed is crazy. Even if refurbished it said it was in excellent condition. That was false advertising.

Overall acceptable. Battery life is terribly. In this day and age i would expect longer usage. Stuck with it now.

Working fine except speaker is very tinny sounding and isnt very loud.

It wouldn’t power up fresh out of the box. I returned it. I was going to just switch it out for another of the same type but Best Buy refused to open the replacement laptop to see if it would power up before I left the store. I didn’t want to make another 75 mile round trip to return a second laptop so I just took a refund.
