I needed a new computer for school and purchasing this was just what I needed to make this upcoming semester a lot smoother. With more storage and a slim look it is convenient and easy to carry without the unnecessary force to fit your in your bag, and it’s light.

Was working on a different brand computer when I saw the ad at Best Buy for this one. I had wanted to get back to using an HP brand and this one met the criteria that I needed. All the new programs/updates/etc. takes some time to learn the new features but I like this purchase and the special sale price was excellent. And I needed a technical help about a couple weeks after the purchase and the lady at Geek Squad was able to make the correction on the computer 'left' click button. Very pleased with all the things I have recently purchased at Best Buy.

I am also very pleased with adding the Geek service and having them set everything up for me, saving me time and frustration. I waited several days after the purchase before making this review. I can now say that I am fully satisfied with this laptop. I do most of my work at home on my desktop, but need to be able to work when not at home and/or on the road. This laptop is just what I needed and was on sale at the time, which doubles my satisfaction with the purchase. Thank you, Best Buy!

This computer has all the amenities, touch screen, blue tooth etc. it is very fast and has a great picture for watching movies or playing games!
