I am completely satisfied with my HP Laptop purchase; it fits my needs perfectly and works smoothly. I am also very pleased with adding the Geek service and having them set everything up for me, saving me time and frustration. I am happy with all the additions that I did not have with my old computer which speeds up my progress and increases my physical stamina and production.

My HP laptop is easy to use and was very easy to connect to my HP printer. The keyboard is a great size for me. The screen is large and easy to see everything easily.

Was working on a different brand computer when I saw the ad at Best Buy for this one. I had wanted to get back to using an HP brand and this one met the criteria that I needed. All the new programs/updates/etc. takes some time to learn the new features but I like this purchase and the special sale price was excellent. And I needed a technical help about a couple weeks after the purchase and the lady at Geek Squad was able to make the correction on the computer 'left' click button. Very pleased with all the things I have recently purchased at Best Buy.

So far it's good for normal use like MS office, web browsing & emails, not for gaming or heavy use like mega pixels editing. Touch screen is good. Better to have at least one more USB Port. However, other manufacturer is providing double the RAM & SSD with same price having same processor.
