I've been using this HP 15.6" laptop for a few weeks now, and it's been a really solid machine for my day-to-day needs. First off, the Full HD touch-screen is the standout feature. It's bright, clear, and the touch response is surprisingly good. It makes casual web browsing and navigating Windows feel much more intuitive. Performance-wise, the AMD Ryzen 5 processor and 8GB of RAM handle all my usual tasks—like web browsing with lots of tabs, streaming video, and working on Office documents—without any lag. The 512GB SSD is the real hero here; boot-up times are incredibly fast, and programs open in a snap. It makes the whole computer feel quick and responsive. The natural silver finish looks sleek and professional, and the laptop itself is reasonably lightweight for its size, making it easy to carry around the house or to a coffee shop. My only minor critiques are that the 8GB of RAM might feel a bit tight if you're a heavy multitasker or want to do serious video editing (though it's fine for my needs). Also, while the battery life is decent for light work, it's not an all-day battery if you're streaming video or doing more intensive tasks. Great laptop!! Fast, battery long lasting! Using for work! Like it better than my Mac book! Would highly recommend this HP. It is wonderful upgrade for me! I wish i would have upgraded long time ago! Not too heavy and not too thick for travel. Display is easy to read and see. Screen is great size also!!!!

Honestly it’s an average computer. I just use it for school work. It does lag a bit at times even though I bought it a month ago. The battery depletes quickly but also charges fast. I do like the capability to have two windows open at the same time. Side by side. I hope it lasts me.

Well ive been without a laptop for a couple years now, and this particular laptop was a no-brainer. Dont let its price lull you into thinking its not a worthy laptop to take care of all your needs. The fact that it has a touch screen only sweetens the deal. Having that option makes navigating some websites and apps that much easier. So far im very happy with this purchase. Ive got a good laptop, qnd can now do some things that cant be done on a smart phone. Its perfect and the price is very easy to justify. The ryzen processor is more than capable. Great buy from best buy!

For the price this machine is excelent that does any administrative work, great storage and the touch screen makes it even sweeter.

I love my new HP touchscreen. I am very old-school and have tried to adapt to new technology. I just couldn't adjust. I am so at home with this baby, no confusion, she's fast and has new guides and prompts, helping me to become a bit more efficient with my notary business and regular task.
