This computer is very fast ilike the touch screen. The AMD processor works very well. It could use more USB ports.

Very easy to setup. It is much faster than my old windows 10 was. Battery life is very good. My only concern/dislike is the display 'Flickers' every once in a while. I wish the lid/screen was a little sturdier.

Perfect for what i needed it for.....display is clear and bright and as soon as you turn it on its ready to go so its fast also light weight and great price. I totally recommend it!

My husband purchased this item and is very pleased with the excellent assistance he received. The Geek helper was most helpful in getting him up and running.

I'm not technically inclined, but it does the basic things I need a laptop for. It seems to be harder to move and replace the cursor than the old 17" HP I had, and I lose the cursor on the screen regularly. I miss the backlit keyboard, but for the price it does the job.

Is this computer the fastest, have the most memory and features. No. But it is plenty fast with pleanty os room for everyday use. And at half the cost of the others... A Great Buy.

My 6 year old grandson found this computer easy to navigate. We use it for homework.

I bought the laptop for business and personal. I am able to run everything and have no issues. I wish it had mouse buttons and an ethernet port but other than that no issues.

We've not used it yet as it was bought as a Christmas gift but I'm sure it will be great! HP is our preferred brand. The salesperson was very helpful.

This just right for me. I just look things up ,shop on line . I don't need all the fancy things.
