    Unfortunately, attempted to set up the laptop today (1/2/25) and will not power up. Power key only flashes once and goes out. Checked outlet with other devices to ensure power is reaching the laptop. Going to return today.

    Horrible laptop very slow barely anything runs even browsing is bad. CPU and ram is constantly at 50% with no apps running and HP support is horrible

    I didn’t like this computer at all. It looked tampered with when I first got a glimpse at it and the touch pad was not aligned right so everything I tried to click, doubled clicked. It was slow and I couldn’t for a moment play games on it. So. I sent it back

    Not happy with it cause windows 11 really sucks it doesn’t let you move the time and date on the lock screen and I find that very unbearable that nobody couldn’t help me and not having me a charge to get something done

    I purchased an HP lap top in March. I previously owned an HP for 13 years and was completely satisfied. T he newer version developed a series of glitches. the GEEKS SQUAD has worked on it 3-4 times in March alone, I am not thrilled about the situation. Right now the browser won't open on the desktop. Yhe muse pad is super sensative .
