I am pleased with my purchase for the most part. One issue that is disturbing is that the battery life is acutally shorter than advertised. It is also a bit slow to respond at times.

This product was fine at the beginning, but within 4 months of purchasing, the speed is SOOOOO slow! If I have more than 1 tab open (not browser… tab within 1 browser), the screen will freeze repeatedly, and the mouse will be unable to react to the open page. Then, all of a sudden, after 30 seconds of freezing, it will suddenly take action of all the lagged clicks at one time. Video playback is fine, and so far the fan/battery performance works. Every page is just so slow, even after clearing cache and cookies and restarting.

Easy set up and perfect for child’s school work. Child is excited about ability to stream Netflix while traveling.

I love this computer! I am a teacher and needed to update the piece of junk they gave me to use. It does everything I need. The graphics are good, and the touchscreen is very responsive.

Starts up quickly, good keyboard action. I had no issues setting it up and installing a wireless mouse.
