perfect machine for its price; a bit bigger heavier than youd expect from laptops, but still good; happy purchase

Issues I had was freezes, critical errors, and bluetooth connectivity. I resolved it was more than a software issue after the 30 day return window, my fault. The HP customer service experience was terrible, took hours of troubleshooting before they resolved it was not a software issue and made me pay to send in a warrantied computer for repairs only to do nothing more than reinstall software again. The computer came back and was still freezing. Best Buy wouldn't take it back and HP only reimbursed me for a fraction of what I paid for it (still waiting for the check). Their customer service is hard to reach, portions of their website flat out don't work. They do everything by AI now but do not refer to the AI chats so despite working with AI bots for months they do not recognize previous troubleshooting steps, the sheer amount of time I spent working through the issues, or the diagnosis that my issue was not software related. Best Buy is a service hub for HP, but both HP and Best Buy want money to service a warranty issue. HP charged for shipping, while Best Buy wants $100 to send it in. This is 100% unacceptable in both cases, its a warranty issue, honor your warranty. A paying customer should not have to pay to get anything under warranty repaired. It's clear to me HP no longer stands by their products, the entire customer service experience was frustrating and I'm out money becuase I chose the wrong brand. I will steer clear of HP from here on out.

It's been a good computer. Only complaint is setup. I own my own company and hence have a company email. Setup through the company email was a pain. More of a windows issue than hardware

Glad I bought this laptop, need to learn all the goodies that came with it.

I am a fan of LG and have several products of theirs but my previous TV only lasted 2 years, the sound went out. So i had to purchase a similar model in hopes it lasts longer.
