Previously had HP computer and it was time for a new one. The HP had been great so I got another one and so far very pleased with it also.

This was exactly what I was looking for in a laptop. From the size, processing speed, to the memory and crisp picture. It may not be the latest and greatest but its still an overall great laptop. I absolutely recommend this laptop for anyone looking to find a solid and well balanced laptop for a great price.

I like the size of this laptop. I have had HP laptops in the past so I am familiar with their products. I like the on off button on this one. I would recommend buying this PC.

Good value for home use. Easy setup, I did not transfer from my previous laptop so it went quite quick and well. Would not call myself a technical savant but managed easily.

I am very happy with my new HP -15.6" HD Touch-Screen Laptop. Also the Geek Squad assisted me with several questions and completed the process quickly on my computer. It's also the perfect weight to carry easily.

This computer replaced my work from home computer. I like that it gives me AI access and all of the newest tech I need to work faster and more efficient. Thank you Geek squad for pointing me in the right direction.

Very happy with HP laptop. Easy to set up and use and I am a senior citizen. The graphics are awesome. All my favorites transferred over easily.

Very easy to setup. It is much faster than my old windows 10 was. Battery life is very good. My only concern/dislike is the display 'Flickers' every once in a while. I wish the lid/screen was a little sturdier.

I'm not technically inclined, but it does the basic things I need a laptop for. It seems to be harder to move and replace the cursor than the old 17" HP I had, and I lose the cursor on the screen regularly. I miss the backlit keyboard, but for the price it does the job.

Perfect for what i needed it for.....display is clear and bright and as soon as you turn it on its ready to go so its fast also light weight and great price. I totally recommend it!

Seems like a good computer so far. Easy to use and an upgrade from my 11 year old HP and the price fit my pocketbook. Easy pickup at the store, and friendly employees.
