Love the touch screen, lots of storage, band for your buck

I recommend to not buy this. This is very slow and very laggy.

Nice laptop. Works perfectly. The battery last long time.l, and the screen resolution is great. Also, the CPU power is very good for this price. I recommend this laptop to anyone who is looking for a good laptop.

I've been using this HP 15.6" laptop for a few weeks now, and it's been a really solid machine for my day-to-day needs. First off, the Full HD touch-screen is the standout feature. It's bright, clear, and the touch response is surprisingly good. It makes casual web browsing and navigating Windows feel much more intuitive. Performance-wise, the AMD Ryzen 5 processor and 8GB of RAM handle all my usual tasks—like web browsing with lots of tabs, streaming video, and working on Office documents—without any lag. The 512GB SSD is the real hero here; boot-up times are incredibly fast, and programs open in a snap. It makes the whole computer feel quick and responsive. The natural silver finish looks sleek and professional, and the laptop itself is reasonably lightweight for its size, making it easy to carry around the house or to a coffee shop. My only minor critiques are that the 8GB of RAM might feel a bit tight if you're a heavy multitasker or want to do serious video editing (though it's fine for my needs). I have like 2 Yrs plus since I come here in US and Spokane is where I first land now A week after I land here in Spokane I was introduced with BestBuy with one of my friend since BestBuy is where he usually buy his Items so I come here( BestBuy) with him and I bought a Samsung Phone that day from that Day I was in love with this BestBuy since from there I come myself and bought a Two Laptop and Microsoft Office and I am on Discount with BestBuy anything I bought I have Discount not forget even Samsung TV and Subwoofer I have at my Living Room is from Bestbuy I bought it there and last time I was a BestBuy I come with my friend she come to buy her Laptop since she was looking for Laptop and I talk to her that she need to go to BestBuy and I give her a ride to buy that Laptop on that day so you can check my ID THERE HUMPHREY G MALISA it's my name I have Discount with Bestbuy since I was charged like 50Bugs once and being told it has to be renewed every year once and all Items I bought there I can mention they are Good like this Laptop am using now it is nice I cant complain and I will keep buy all my Electronics there at Bestbuy Cheeeersss

Well ive been without a laptop for a couple years now, and this particular laptop was a no-brainer. Dont let its price lull you into thinking its not a worthy laptop to take care of all your needs. The fact that it has a touch screen only sweetens the deal. Having that option makes navigating some websites and apps that much easier. So far im very happy with this purchase. Ive got a good laptop, qnd can now do some things that cant be done on a smart phone. Its perfect and the price is very easy to justify. The ryzen processor is more than capable. Great buy from best buy!

Was working on a different brand computer when I saw the ad at Best Buy for this one. I had wanted to get back to using an HP brand and this one met the criteria that I needed. All the new programs/updates/etc. takes some time to learn the new features but I like this purchase and the special sale price was excellent. And I needed a technical help about a couple weeks after the purchase and the lady at Geek Squad was able to make the correction on the computer 'left' click button. Very pleased with all the things I have recently purchased at Best Buy.

I was a loyal customer to another well known name brand in electronics/computers, and I took a chance on buying this HP laptop. I like how sleek it is, and how light weight it is. Since getting everything set up I am really liking the soft touch keyboard, the sound of the stereo system as I stream music, the speed at turn on, the speed of the processor and the touch screen. It is turning out to be well worth the switch and the money.

I am completely satisfied with my HP Laptop purchase; it fits my needs perfectly and works smoothly. I am also very pleased with adding the Geek service and having them set everything up for me, saving me time and frustration. I am happy with all the additions that I did not have with my old computer which speeds up my progress and increases my physical stamina and production.

I Had just got a hp from hsn but sent it back because the price was to good for the hp & it had more memory also only thing it dont have that the other one had was the backlit keyboard & finger print reader if this keyboard had all that it would be a solid 10 but other then that I have no complaints about this laptop at all Great deal & laptop.

This laptop is great for school, work, and everyday use. It’s thin, light, and has excellent battery life (about all day). The performance is fast for web browsing, writing essays, watching videos, and even light video editing. Most reviewers call it one of the best laptops overall because it’s reliable and smooth to use.

The employee who helped me was very knowledgeable about the product and was a great help to me. I had planned to purchase a Chromebook for my great grandson; however, she showed me several laptops that were on sale for approximately the same price. Very satisfied with my visit since I am 82 yo and not real tech-savvy.

We bought this for studying and completing homework at an online college course. It works very well for this application.

My sister in law needed a new laptop and Bestbuy had the best holiday price. I was able to reinstall her software and photos with ease. I suggest this for someone that is not a power user but need a computer instead of a mobile device occasionally. Great price under $300

Overall, I am happy with this computer. There are a couple things though that I do not like. The first thing is that it is hard to find the power button! This is the first laptop that I have had where the power button is located in the top row of keyboard. Usually it is separate, and located above the keyboard. I have no idea as to why this was changed! Next is the fact that the arrow key is so small, and the scroll bar on right side of computer is so thin/narrow. I wish that I would have known these things before I purchased this laptop.

I am elated with my HP silver laptop! It offers excellent GB memory, with array usages. Its light weight is advantageous for travel.

First new personal laptop I've had in over 10 years. It offers everything I wanted and more. My experience with the Geek Squad team was the Best part of my purchase. They took extra time with me to make sure that an "older" person understood the ins and outs of a huge jump in technology. I will continue to use Best Buy for my technology needs.
