Its easy to use great for what im using it for which is for my college classes and looking for a job it has everything i need i love the touchscreen feature it makes it so much easier to select items or apps when im looking for something the battery could last a little longer but thats one thing you have to deal wit when the laptop is lightweight and portable but i charges quickly and the picture quality is great for when i am looking at movies and things online i am happy with my purchase

Great computer for not much money. I am using this for general home use (online shopping, light Google sheets and docs, etc.) and it has worked really well so far. I do not game so I can't comment on that. But general use it is great, plenty fast and a good amount of storage. It also feels sturdier than some other lower end laptops I have had. The keyboard is really smooth to use too.

Overall, it's a good laptop that looks and functions as featured and expected. It gets a bit hot when playing games like Minecraft, but otherwise, it works splendidly. My biggest gripe is the Copilot key replacing the CTRL (Right) key. I've had the same laptop (HP 15-ef00dx) for the last five years (also bought through Best Buy), and I wasn't aware the Copilot key even existed, while also completely missing it being shown in the featured photos when I bought this laptop. The key is incredibly inconvenient and terribly disruptive. I wasn't too impressed that after spending $450 (holiday sale), I had to immediately go on a search to find a remedy in the form of an app to download (that takes up storage) and that I have to leave it running in the background for it to work (which takes up battery life).

Great computer I looked for a long time for something that will fit my needs. I am in law school so I needed something that had a good battery and storage that I can work on all day and be fine. I loved the size and the touchscreen option!
