I have had this laptop about 2 weeks and so far so good! Best Buy helped me set it up and I am really enjoying my new laptop so far.

Works great so far and is very user friendly. I am not a tech savvy person, and this has been a great laptop for me, at a reasonable price.

When it is on sale, it is a great product for the money spent. Performance with 16 Gig and 512 Gig NVMe storage make for a solid daily use.

It’s nice for school work and wanting to watch YouTube in bed or stuff like that helps me get a lot done in a day.

For a while now the only laptop I have purchased is an HP. Never diappoints always works perfectly and is great for my needs.

Bought this on BF special. This item is definitely value for money. For day to day web surfing, email, word processing this works great. One complaint is the unit is a little heavy. Other than that I would recommend it to be a buy.

Exactly what I needed for working at home and blogging. Battery life is a bit low but other than that it's lovely.
