I was told in the store that this was the latest and the greatest for the money,I bought this computer and took it home opened it up and 3 days later it hadnt updated,so i turned it off and a few days later i turned it back on just to find oit it still hadnt updated,to the best of my knowledge it still hasnt updated fully, also its not user friendly,very hard to do or find anyting on

Its very nice laptop.its price also good.if yiu want to use for regular work and watch videos and listen music Frustration for you want to sign in Microsoft account.That it i don't like otherwise its nice. For not a gaming laptop.

havent used a windows computer in almost 8 years and its so tedious to go through the initial set up. this specific laptop is kinda low quality. when you type, the entire surface that the keyboard sits on pushes down and the keys are just a strange material, making for a bad typing experience. for $400 its not bad but there's not a lot to love.

receieved the laptop and it was as expected so I am happy. I needed an upgrae fro Windows 11.
