little slow for my taste

Poor Battery Life

Reviewed the settings and all are set to allow for longer battery life, but still needing to be plugged in after 3-4 hours of regular use. It's unclear whether this particular one is a lemon or if it's an issue with the model.

Not able to use computer

I now have to take it to be repaired to get this off my computer. Presently i can't get into my computer.

Bad packaging

Best Buy need to work better packaging all those electronics stuff. The product wasn’t free to do it in that way.
