    The laptop worked good and it was a good price. The only complaint I had was that there was no back light and it was very difficult for me to see the keys sometimes.

    Bad packaging. It was sent from OH when arrived to my house the box was literally opened it. Best Buy need to work better packaging all those electronics stuff. The product wasn’t free to do it in that way.
