I needed a new laptop for school and this one is perfect, I love all the features

It's a really good laptop, but the battery does not last very long. the unliquekeyboard is somewhat of a problem at times but you can buy a keyboard light that plugs into the u. SB port.

It was good product. HP Battery life is Ok. Touch screen.

Got this laptop for a great Black Friday price. Great specs! (13th gen i5, 512 GB SSD, 16 GB memory, touchscreen) It's got enough extra capacity to last me a long time.

This notebook did everything that it was supposed to do, but it didn’t do one thing that I wanted - connect to my HP dock and project to two external monitors. I learned through this experience that the USB-C port has to be labled with a thunderbolt, the DP logo or at least 40 gbps output. I will return the notebook to Best Buy.

Excellent laptop provided hands on for schools and office use

The laptop was purchased as a replacement. It’s much lighter than my old HP laptop. Just wish there were more usb ports other than that, I love my laptop.

Enjoying this laptop. Keyboard has large letters and still has room for number pad. Love the touch screen. Lightweight for easy transporting. Very happy with this model.

I have had this laptop about 2 weeks and so far so good! Best Buy helped me set it up and I am really enjoying my new laptop so far.

Works great so far and is very user friendly. I am not a tech savvy person, and this has been a great laptop for me, at a reasonable price.

When it is on sale, it is a great product for the money spent. Performance with 16 Gig and 512 Gig NVMe storage make for a solid daily use.
