Fills all the requirements for a touch screen 15.6" computer for basic functions & internet usage. Starts up quickly, runs smoothly & quickly, & battery life is good. Setting up the computer took awhile though as you have to go through Microsoft set up & then had to download latest updates. Would highly recommend if you're in the market for a new computer.

I am a Paralegal, I work from home and needed a new computer as my old Lenovo fell apart. I am so pleased with this new computer, it is so much faster and offers more choices than my old one. So happy I decided to purchase this HP laptop!

This laptop is sleek and has a nice design. Its touch screen and is very easy to use. It has multi screen option which makes this easy when dual screens are needed. It was a very great price. I absolutely love it

Everything I could want in a personal lap top is in this computer. It's high speed is just what I need when I am researching and downloading heavy genealogy files. The extra bonus is the numerical keypad. I never had one and now I am wondering how I lived without it. HP just knows how to do it right.

Great value. The downside is the keyboard feel. Just feels a bit like cheap plastic but fine for light use. Some may also complain about the screen but some like me actually prefer the matte non reflective glass. No shiny glares. Overall, performance/price is great.

Good laptop battery is not great is my only issue other than that haven’t had any problems so I would recommend

Laptop was just what I was looking for and a real bonus was the BestBuy did a price match on it a few days later as it went on sale. Both the purchase and the price match were very smooth.

the computer is everything i expected and more. the whole process from purchase to phone conversations to geek squad setup and support went flawlessly. i would recommend best buy/total membership support to anyone buying any sophisticated electrnic device

I purchased this laptop last November, but three months later, my daughter spilled a cup of water onto the keyboard. We wiped it up and shut down the machine immediately, but the water had already seeped into the motherboard; consequently, the entire device is now unusable. The cost of repairing it is prohibitively high.It would be great if this specific area of ​​the keyboard were waterproof.
