Upgraded from an HP so I'm familiar with its operation. Needed help from Geek Squad to transfer files and load certain pgms. It feels good, looks good, battery seems to have life and it works as expected.

Im 61 and i needed something easy and the hp laptop is convenient and simple. The price was under $500 a very high quality for the price. Love it. Thank you

Great laptop at a very good price! I really liked the specs of this laptop. After using it for a week, touch screen works amazingly smooth. Yet to test battery life and would have better experience after a month or so. Tried multi tasking and core i5 processor comes very handy!!

This computer does everything I need, and over all I've been happy with it. It was an open box item in excellent condition and was like new except for one confounding problem. During setup, it wouldn't connect to WiFi. After hours of frustrating troubleshooting, I found there was no Wi-Fi driver installed. I never expected to find this problem in a laptop that was certified by the Geek Squad. I made an appointment to take it to Best Buy to fix the problem, but I was finally able to find and install the correct driver myself. Since then, my only complaint is the short battery life. Recently, the battery ran down to 9% after 2 hours, but it charged up quickly

Great laptop for the price. This was a birthday gift for my granddaughter and she loved it. Works great for her needs. I would purchase again if needed another laptop

This laptop does not have a lighted keyboard and you have to use it in a well lighted room or with a usb or clip on light at night. It does come with Mcafee total protection at a good yearly price. It has co-pilot and office 365 for year free.

Purchased as a gift, but I made sure to update it first. Faster than mine, and works very well. Forgot it had a touchscreen, so can't comment on that.

Arrived before the delivery date, perfectly packaged! The laptop performs very well and meets all my expectations. Configuration: HP 15.6” Full HD Touch-Screen, Intel Core i5-1334U (2023), 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD. Great performance and excellent value!

I am no expert but as a general consumer who has used a Dell for the past 10 years - thought I'd give the HP a try because the price couldn't be beat for a system that was comparable. That said, I appreciate the ease in which everything works. My only complaint is that the camera pixels are a bit more "grainy" than what I've experienced in my Dell computers.

This was a fabulous computer and worked really smooth and fast. It was light weight but durable. Ultimately we realized a Mac book was more suitable for needs so returned for that . Otherwise great product !

Wife loves her laptop, set was easy and fluid touchscreen.

My new HP Laptop is performing great, the assistance I received during the purchase was exceptional and he reviewed in detail the features of the laptop. My ratings are as of today and time will tell if performance goes down but I will update if there are any changes.

I like the screen size. Great for a laptop. Nice to have side number keys which will be used more end of year finances. Have to learn a few newer items but has been helpful. Good for my needs and great price.

Excellent laptop at a great price. Had no problem transferring the data from my old laptop to my new one. Graphics and screen quality is exceptional.
