This was a fabulous computer and worked really smooth and fast. It was light weight but durable. Ultimately we realized a Mac book was more suitable for needs so returned for that . Otherwise great product !

My new HP Laptop is performing great, the assistance I received during the purchase was exceptional and he reviewed in detail the features of the laptop. My ratings are as of today and time will tell if performance goes down but I will update if there are any changes.

The HP 15.6" Full HD Touch-Screen Laptop has been a great everyday machine. The Intel Core i5 (13th Gen) is fast and responsive, and the 16GB RAM makes multitasking smooth with no lag. The touchscreen is bright and very convenient, especially for browsing and casual work. Boot time is quick thanks to the 512GB SSD, and the laptop feels well-built for the price. Overall, an excellent balance of performance, features, and value — very happy with this purchase.

This notebook did everything that it was supposed to do, but it didn’t do one thing that I wanted - connect to my HP dock and project to two external monitors. I learned through this experience that the USB-C port has to be labled with a thunderbolt, the DP logo or at least 40 gbps output. I will return the notebook to Best Buy.

Great computer for not much money. I am using this for general home use (online shopping, light Google sheets and docs, etc.) and it has worked really well so far. I do not game so I can't comment on that. But general use it is great, plenty fast and a good amount of storage. It also feels sturdier than some other lower end laptops I have had. The keyboard is really smooth to use too.

It is working great and it was easy to transfer the information from my old laptop to the new one.

The touch-screen is a nice feature, but I am much happier now that I've added a wireless mouse. No more fingerprint smudges on the screen, and it is much easier to scroll. I am still transitioning from viewing a much larger screen. I adjusted the text size in Settings, and the 15.6" screen is adequate for my purposes. The keyboard has been another adjustment, but I like the size and spacing of the keys. The Intel Core I5 processor is more than adequate for this old geezer. If you're looking for a reasonably priced replacement for your Windows 10 computer, I would recommend this laptop.

Fills all the requirements for a touch screen 15.6" computer for basic functions & internet usage. Starts up quickly, runs smoothly & quickly, & battery life is good. Setting up the computer took awhile though as you have to go through Microsoft set up & then had to download latest updates. Would highly recommend if you're in the market for a new computer.

This laptop is the fastest loading laptop that I have ever had and I have had quite a few.

Great value. The downside is the keyboard feel. Just feels a bit like cheap plastic but fine for light use. Some may also complain about the screen but some like me actually prefer the matte non reflective glass. No shiny glares. Overall, performance/price is great.

This is the 2nd time I use HP laptop, The Laptop is fast enough for work. Love it.

Really happy with how smooth this laptop feels for everyday tasks. The touch screen is quick to respond, and the i5 with plenty of memory keeps things running without slowdowns. It handles schoolwork, streaming, and video calls easily. Battery life has been solid so far, making it a reliable pick for daily use.

Had to buy a new laptop as my old HP was running on Windows 10 as I had it for a very long time. I always buy HP as I love their products. The one is faster than my old one and the screen is more vibrant. It has larger memory space which is sufficient for what I use it for. It is a great computer for what I paid for it on a member deal.

So far, the HP laptop is working well. It's reliable and overall performance is good.
