    Bought this to replace my old HP laptop. New one is much faster and better battery life and has Windows 11 unlike my last HP that was running on Windows 10 so no need to upgrade IOS

    I like the laptop, it is all up to date on Windows. But I am having trouble with the battery staying charged. I have spent 2 days trying to get help. Tech service is terrible!!

    Purchased this item for my high school niece. She loves it and surprised to be able to access her social media accounts…Although it was purchased for school! Didn’t realize that the keys were not backlit but it will provide her the ability to create PP and other things needed for her level & even on to college.

    Been 7 months. Still works well despite W11. The W11 updates are horrendous. Seems like every #$&!=$ day there is another update. Buy a Mac maybe they don’t update as much. Or instal a decent OS like Solus Linux. Seriously W11 is that bad it ruins your experience with a decent pc.
