I've only had this a week but I do like that its easy to use. I also like the sleek design. I wish it came with a laptop sleeve for traveling.

Love my new laptop! I’ve always used HP products and have been happy with them. I haven’t had any problems so far with this new one. I do have to say that the top where it opens is heavy and could cause breakage later as what happened to my last one. I like the touch screen even though I don’t use it that often because I forget it has that capability.

This laptop is fast, versatile, affordable and worth the money. I use it for basic tasks such a Google apps, online shopping and watching videos. The battery life is about an 2 hours which is unfortunate.

Love my new laptop. I bought this one after my other laptop had hard drive problems. I did not have a touch screen on the older laptop like I have on this one and I love it! Also got this one on sale. I had the Geek Squad set it up for me and they are awesome. I am totally happy with Best Buy. Thank you!

The Hewlett Packard Intel Core i7, Irisx, is the best laptop I have ever owned. The graphics and speed are great, the keyboard and number pad are comfortable to use. I comparison shopped this computer, and Best Buy had the best price.

Purchased for a podcast. Works as advertised. Could use additional usb port.

Have used my new laptop for about a month and so far very happy with this it. I use mostly for my business with the quickbook program. My old computer would take forever to open the application but the new one has it opened in no time. Was easy to set my quickbooks transferred from my old computer to the new one without any issues.

It's an awesome product go for its. Performance is outstanding.

This computer replaced 2 other old laptops. I'm really impressed with its speed and ability to start up quickly. I also really appreciated that it was pretty much ready to go when I got it - as someone who is not technically inclined, I was still able to set things up quickly on my own and was up and running in minutes.

They lied about the battery life. I may get 3 hours out of it, maybe, before I have to plug it in. Other than the suck battery life which you think would be one of the most important things when you have a battery powered piece of equipment as well as being as critical as your own personal computer it works well so far for the 9 hours and 3 charges I have worked with it.

This computer meets most of my needs. I have been an Apple user for many years. My Apple password was hacked and so was my MacBookPro less than one year old. Even with proof of purchase from Best Buy the hackers did something that Apple would not restore my computer, so I refused to buy another Apple product. This has features that my Apple laptop doesn’t have. It’s taken some getting use to, but great computer for price.

Best Buy and HP is my go to for electronics, especially the HP laptop. This is my 3rd laptop recently. They are being used in my small business. Delivery, showed up when they were scheduled.

Very easy setup. This laptop has fast response and has plenty of memory for my needs. It comes with Windows 11-S which I’ve had to permanently remove the S function to download apps outside Microsoft store. So far that is the only “con” I have with this HP laptop.
