100 % Recommend HP is the best I love it works well

a Very Very good Laptop at this price point. Would be a great laptop if it came with keyboard back lighting or able to order it as an add on feature. Especially, since the F4 key is available.

Inexpensive $549 laptop doe everything i need it to do. A couple of items would make it better, the main one being a backlight keyboard. Battery life is also poor

We've had HP laptops before, so naturally when we wanted a new model we checked out HP. We have had ours for about a month now and are very pleased with it's proformance.

I love it, easy to set up and use, as far as dislikes do not have any yet. This is my second laptop but first touch screen. The last laptop I bought was in 2010 so this an upgrade for me and loving it.

Needed to replace a home laptop. This one meet the bill. Has enough memory and processor is great. Very fast. Just added Microsoft 365 suite and I'm able to do everything I need.
