Blazing fast! Moved on from my 2017 Windows 10 machine and what a difference.

Easy to set up. And relatively easy to use. Only issue is the area I use it in is kind of dark, sometimes it's hard to fond a key.

We needed a laptop to display in Chinese characters. Geek team would not help us because it was not their tasks. The BestBuy staff "Joe M" was very patience and friendly to help us to research and showed us how to set the function, and offered to help us if we had problem with the laptop in the future. He was the reason we bought the laptop. We were very happy with the service that Joe M provided. He was very knowledgeable with laptop.

This computer is awesome. The features are great and it is user friendly. The keys are kinda hard to see unless you have good lighting. Takes a little getting used to going from a light-up keyboard (which I think should come standard on all keyboards - at least with an on/off button for the light). All-in-all, great product
