This has been a great laptop for me. I’ve been using it for almost two years and haven’t had a single issue. I bought it from my local Best Buy, and their service was excellent throughout the process.

This has enough power for every day use for a kin-power user. I like the quick power on. Would like to have a backlit keyboard but didn’t want to pay extra. My previous HP had that feature.

I was looking to replace a 10+ year old Dell, and this HP fit the bill. I am very pleased with the product, and also highly praise the Best Buy staff!

Purchased this item for my high school niece. She loves it and surprised to be able to access her social media accounts…Although it was purchased for school! Didn’t realize that the keys were not backlit but it will provide her the ability to create PP and other things needed for her level & even on to college.

Has been a great laptop so far. Is very fast. Only problem is windows which you have to change wont let you down load anything bet windows related. Everthing is plastic feels cheep but has held up so far.

This HP laptop is a great choice for productivity and everyday tasks, offering fast performance, smooth multitasking, and reliable storage capacity.

It is okay. It is light and looks good. But it is slow and does not have enough slots for USB drives.

Definitely a good purchase. Works great and fast shipping and delivery. Works great for use with my 3d printers. Will definitely be buying another one soon
