Laptop is good value for the price paid would’ve hoped the battery life would be a little longer before I had to charge under three hours

This has been one of the best computer upgrades I have made. Very easy to use and very user friendly. I am very happy with this purchase.

I like the laptop, it is all up to date on Windows. But I am having trouble with the battery staying charged. I have spent 2 days trying to get help. Tech service is terrible!!

New shop equipment for my employees…. Easy to put away in the counter when not being in operation…. Plus I can take my laptop from the shop instead of leaving it behind

Love my new HP laptop. It fast, the tutorial set up was easy, especially importing all my files from my previous laptop in under one hour. I like the seaparate numbers on the right side of the key board.

Great laptop! The only thing I wish it had was a calculator shortcut key. Other than that, I'm very pleased with the performance!

Laptop is great value. Only issue I have really noticed is the laptop does not have a backlit keyboard. Didn't realize how much I would miss not having this feature.

Really good laptop. I was really surprised with the graphics! I would expect around three hours of gaming and probably six hours of just normal work on the battery! Probably a good idea to bring the charger with you wherever you go!

Great computer. Excellent! The installation services to transfer from one laptop to the new one took just 24 hours.

Decent laptop ... the sound kind of sucks ... but I didn't buy it for the sound so I don't care that much ... otherwise seems to run well ... not a fan of all the pop ups, but I think that has to do with windows 11
