Ordered HP machine and Pro software upgrade online from the parking lot, went to grab a sub sandwich a couple blocks away, got notified my order was read before I returned to the parking lot, walked into Best Buy and walked ou within 5 minutes. Awesome Experience!

Use this as my main craft computer to complete big tasks

Have had a HP previously but this was a wonderful upgrade. Am still getting use to the features - never had a touch screen before. More than likely will never utilize it to its fullest capacity.

I like the computer I bought but am very confused as to the backup information from my old computer to the new one. I have a lot of docs in Word and none of them transferred over to the new computer so I still have to use the old one for many of my client info.

I needed a laptop for my every day use. This exceeded my expectations with its versatility. I highly recommend.

I am a Dell person but I switched after talking with friends. I like the HP. On and off switch is in the keyboard. So far all is well with Windows 11.

A good laptop but not for extensive graphic work. Have been using for quite some time and did not give me hard time in booting as well.

This is a good laptop for what i need. I have plenty of memory for saving photos, using the software that is on it and searching ancestry.

I worked with the Geek squad on my old computer that had died on me. It was determined not worth fixing. Told them what I needed out of a computer, and they fixed me up with my new one.
