    The keyboard is not very easy to use. And the mouse pad makes it hard to control cursor. Would not recommend as a computer. Disappointed. Cheap!!!

    I wanted a Samsung laptop that had just gone on sale that day (for $350 off the usual price) that the salesperson had directed me to. I agreed to take it (after seeing numerous others to compare) and they had none in stock. Nor in Madison. The closest was Brookfield which had 1 & Janesville which had one "open box" (return), which when we tried to pick (individually) were gone. Apparently, none in the US that could be shipped to me later! Settled on a comparable HP. No problems in purchase. Sales staff was great throughout.

    Battery completely failed within weeks, and HP customer support was absolutely useless. Hours wasted with no resolution. Never buying HP again.

    I bought less than a year ago and now the computer won’t charge at all. The cord is find the computer won’t charge. I didn’t even use it as much as I used to use my old laptops I’ve been busier this year so it’s not even like I over worked it

    The purchase was intended to be new, but they provided an open box instead. Upon initial setup this was realized. I then had to return to a physical store where geek squad had to reformat the entire computer due to the previous buyer messing it up. Horrible experience
