Delivered to the wrong address and I don’t have my laptop, picture uploaded as delivery proof is not my front door. Called Best Buy customer service and I’m still waiting on confirmation for a second shipment. What a waste of time and money.

We have only had this laptop 6 months. It has not been dropped or anything other mishap. Yet the screen suddenly went out. There are no cracks in the glass, no dent or anything. Is the the screen that fragile that it just goes out?

The touchpad simply wasn’t connected internally. No amount of futzing with drivers, etc. could fix it. Had to return it and get a Dell instead. Too bad because we’ve liked HP in the last.

Keyboard too grainy (like cement). Readability of the gray keys and white/beige lettering -- poor. No key backlite to help keyboard readability.

I purchased this computer and after the 14 day return period, the track pad started getting stuck. I have been a Best Buy member and also customer for almost a decade and when I called support, I was told that I should go and repair it. That is highly unacceptable. Why do I have to repair it. Because the issue is set to happen after the 14 days then I have to suffer?

Purchased an open box computer as a Christmas gift. Cannot connect to our home WiFi no matter what we do.

Had it for 2 months and the mouse pad buttons are already stuck and not useable. Other than that its alright I guess.

bought as open box item. battery does not hold a charge for more than 20 minutes. Junk!

To be honest I'm tired of bringing my brand new laptop in for service!!! This will be the 3rd time I have to bring it in.

Works awesome and has everything I was looking for. The price for Black Friday was in my budget and this computer is fast, runs with no issues, has a huge screen but small enough that I don’t feel like I’m weighed down anytime I take it anywhere. Highly recommend for gamers as well.

Worst online purchase experience ever!!! Will never shop again!!!! Took more than three weeks for them to cancel the order while I have been told it’s on its way all along.

could not boot up, I returned it next day. your Geek-Squad guys are not doing their job well.

An utter disappoint. Because it has Windows preintalled it limits your ability to download other browsers. The speakers are horrible. Will be looking to trade this in for another model without Windows

Bad online customer service. You will not get help. You will get wrong answer. You will going to return.

My laptop stopped working after 3 weeks. I had to return it and get a new one.

I won't buy it again, it speed up just using google chrome, the worst purchase.

This is not open box excellent. It has a visible one marks on the laptop and Best Buy did not even care to clear this.
