Great speed, nice size and weight, quick to set up and easy to work with. Wish it had face recognition or finger print log-in but realize it isn't the latest model!

Great speed and screen clarity! I love the touchscreen control as an alternative to a mouse, which is my usual way to navigate through the computer screen. I upgraded to this HP model from a previous model I bought 3 years ago.

I bought an excellent laptop and it is an answer to my computer requirements. It has a lot of memory that I can use to store large amount of data. Excellent everyday home-use laptop for the cost. Keyboard is the most annoying feature...not a pleasant click or feel to it, too "cheap, plasticcy feel and sound." But able to use different keyboard and occasionally a blue tooth mouse for a better touch and feel. Screen is bright and clear, light weight and thin.

Works fantastic for school and light gaming Battery is not great but I mostly have it plugged in

This is a great laptop. I really like the design and the price. Great display and over all functionalities. Color is solid. I really like the durability of the charger and it also has a number of additional ports which is always nice if you are using the laptop for business purposes.

I recently upgraded my 10-yr old HP laptop computer with a new one - also by HP (of course). I've just had terrific luck with the HP brand, and the new one does not disappoint. It has been easy to set up and transfer all my old data and runs like a charm, along with being significantly lighter. I'm very pleased with this new model and expect many years of use from it.

I purchased it for my daughter, who's a freshman in college. She likes the speed of the computer and that it is touchscreen.

This computer is perfect for my 86 year old mother. Just the right amount of hard drive storage and nice display. Also light weight and easy to open and close.

My Dell computer was running a little slow. I saw a great offer on a new HP with 16GB of memory and a touch-screen. The price looked good and when saw that it was on sale, it really looked good! So far it has met my needs.

This laptop is getting a workout every day. Nice features like my bigger 17" version which I use in the office. Very happy with both. Runs fast and has lots of "storage" space.

One of the best Laptops out there for this price. Bought this for 500, totally a steal. I see Battery is only par, but rest( Display, Speed) are really good. If you are a college student this a good deal with I7 processor.

I've been using it for a month and I'm very satisfied. I'll highlight the speed as a strong point. There are some points that I expected more, but for the price and the way I use it, it meets my needs: Battery life leaves something to be desired. Another point is that, out of nowhere, the Bluetooth mouse or mouse stops working. The pointer follows the commands, but when I click to select it, it doesn't obey, making it necessary to restart the laptop.

I was able to meet with a sales associate at the store and let them know all of my needs when it came to working from home on my computer. He pointed me to the best options for my price range. This product allows me to integrate my work into all of the built in software. its great for on the go or at home. Affordable, not too big and its copact. Great product. 10 out of a 10 !!
