easy to use...fast. Well worth the cost if you need a reliable laptop

It's definitely budget level. None of it is terrible, but if you are used to a good gaming system or a good system at work, this will feel off in so many ways. Having said that the screen is the best part about it. It's still decently bright, good color and not terrible. I am not a fan of the pin style chargers included with the HPs. I only get about 2 hours of usage on a full charge with this on "battery saver" settings. But again, bargain prices here. You have to weigh out the pros and cons for your needs.

I love the mouse pad on this laptop. It is really lightweight and skinny. Had no issues so far. Love it.

I love this laptop! When my house burnt down in the beginning of December, I lost my beloved all in one desktop originally purchased from Best Buy. I had to replace my computer immediately because of school, but I needed a laptop to save space and this one has been perfect! It’s light and the battery life is long.

This computer replaces an HP computer I bought at Best Buy when I retired in December 2014. This new one starts up in less than 10 seconds and is so much faster than my old one. So far it’s worked flawlessly. Battery recharge is very fast (about an hour). This has been an excellent purchase.
