We brought our old laptop into the Best Buy Geek Desk and received a diagnosis of keyboard failure that would be difficult to find a replacement for due to the age of the laptop. Not wanting to lose the laptop function by using a separate keyboard, we decided it was time for a new laptop. The technician gave us some recommendations of what would work best for us we went to the sales department and the salesperson showed us several laptops. We settled on one the technician had also recommended. After the Geek Squad transferred our data, we went home but discovered some problems that were diagnosed by a Geek Squad technician as software cliches and corrected quickly (using a service policy so no extra cost to us) and we are home and rolling! A great buy for both the laptop and the service policy we couldn't be happier!!

I've only had this laptop for a few weeks and so far I'm very happy with it. It's the first time I've purchased an HP.

Very good laptop for my needs, glad I decided on this HP model. Only concerns would be battery life is just ok, but I knew that prior to purchasing and, a small pamphlet showing the key operating features would had been great for this first time laptop owner. worked just fine out of the unopened box. the sales person was very helpful and did not pressure me to buy anything other than what I entered store for. he did point out that this machine was on sale and sale date was ending the next day.

My Dell computer was running a little slow. I saw a great offer on a new HP with 16GB of memory and a touch-screen. The price looked good and when saw that it was on sale, it really looked good! So far it has met my needs.
