I’ve been using this laptop for a few days now and it works really well. The performance is smooth, startup is fast, and the display quality is very clear. It’s lightweight and easy to carry, which makes it perfect for daily work and browsing. Battery life is decent and overall it feels like a good value for the price. Happy with the purchase.

I got it for a promotional price but honestly would still have been very happy to pay the MSRP. I'm not a power user but I play a decent amount of PC games and have to give frequent presentations. My only complaints are that the onboard camera and audio aren't great but those can be easily supplemented. And the battery is average but nothing special.

The salesmen at bestbuy was young, but he was very professional, clean, and honest. He was a finance major and not computer gaming person, but he knew alot about computers. I told him what I was looking for and my budget and he showed me three options. This computer was by far the best option for the buck. It works great for my small business. I am really happy with the entire process.

Wide screen allows me to see everything. Graphics are much better than on my phone

I love this computer. I just bought it two month ago and haven’t had any problems. It girl all my class work and retains everything. Also, it’s very strong to hold all my coding in python for my engineering class. I am a freshman in college and have not doubt that it will get me thoroughly high school experience. Came brand new like I was promised, works in every condition. No scratches visible and was delivered really fast. The computer itself is really good, it’s able to run many games and programs. The battery life lasted longer than I expected and the overall display looked beautiful.

This is really a great buy. I purchased for work. I can create lesson plans, beautiful documents and other information. I can do searches without disconnect issues. This is really a great inexpensive option. I love it.

I’m very disappointed with the performance of this laptop. I’ve had Hewlett-Packard laptops over many years and they have traditionally performed well and I thought I would get the same with this laptop. Unfortunately, performance is average and often below average at best. The laptop often locks up (screen is blank, no buttons work, etc.), as it is doing right now, and I have to force restart the device in order to use it. It also seems to overheat just sitting overnight with the screen locked. I am using it with a HP USB doc G5. The laptop is only slightly less than three months old and it’s already giving problems. Not good. When the laptop is actually working it’s not bad. The problem is that it locks up every couple of days where I have to do a hard restart just to get it working. Not really sure what’s going on but I’ll probably bring it in to have it checked out.

The HP i7 computer is very good. It has worked really well for me and it’s super fast. I haven’t had any problems with it so far, and it runs smoothly even when I have multiple things open. I definitely recommend it because it’s reliable and efficient.

So far, good purchase, appears to be worth the money for an i7/16GB Ram however I did overlook checking for an ethernet interface (there was none). I wound up purchasing a USB-C to ethernet wired interface since wireless would not work for my usage. I also had hoped for a backlit KB but alas, not so. Overall a good product for the price, 1 month in and it operates as expected!
