works well, nice display, good sized screen, good keys, easy to navigate, good color

So far, very good. I just use it for work and personal tasks, not gaming at all. I do not need any sophisticated features and I was particularly interested in the ports that this model has, so my needs are very basic. It's fast, not intrusive and not heavy. Keyboard is soft, very comfortable and numeric pad was a must for me. It would have been great to have at least 1 Tera.. I didn't test the battery life yet....

I’m really impressed with the screen size and display quality—it’s easily the standout feature and makes the overall experience enjoyable. Performance is solid, but I expected more from a 13th Gen Core i7 processor. Compared to some competitors, it feels a bit sluggish at times, which was a little disappointing given the specs. Overall, it’s a capable device, but the performance doesn’t quite match the premium feel of the display.

Great assistance in finding the best laptop for what I needed. This laptop has gone beyond my expectations. It was budget friendly and came with many extras that I didn’t know I needed.

If you need a laptop that can handle college level tasks and maybe a little extra, this is your laptop. Battery life is not good, but it can last at least 6 hours which is plenty for classes.

We have been buying HP computers for years and have never had a problem with any of them. I decided to purchase another brand last year to maybe save some money. Ooops bad choice. It died and could not be repaired. Got my money back because I took out the extra warranty and bought another HP. This computer is awesome. I learned my lesson.

I've had several HP laptops and they are always reliable and easy to use. This is a great size. I have a 17-in HP laptop I've had for several years and it still works fine but I wanted one that wasn't quite as heavy and more "portable". This one fits the bill for me and the Geek Squad was GREAT and fast at helping me to move all my documents over. Would highly recommend HP laptops and using the Geek Squad membership.

The HP notebook is solid for everyday tasks like browsing and streaming. The keyboard feels comfortable, and the display is decent for the price. Battery life lasts around 6-7 hours. Performance slows down slightly with heavy multitasking, but it’s a reliable budget-friendly choice for students or home use.

I really liked the laptop, and the fact that it has a touchscreen is a big plus too. It makes it even more convenient and versatile.

I am enjoying my new HP laptop. I was concerned about Windows11, but I can still do my business well. The key pad numbers are larger, and easier to use. It's faster then my previous computer, but I am getting use to it. So far, it is a good investment. Thanks for the help picking the right one for me.
