I am not a computer expert, but this was easy to set up. It is so much faster than my old one. I really like it.

Really enjoying the laptop once I fully learn how to maneuver through the screens, then I can enjoy it more. the problem is owner issues, not the product. I love the crisp clear screen, I love that its touch screen and definitely love the speed.

great laptop for personnel use. Loaded everything from my old HP to my new one with no problem

I haven't used it much yet, but got it set up. It's smaller and sleeker than my last laptop which is nice. If you have exchange emails you will not be able to use the new outlook however, you can dial back to the old outlook and use that. But all in in all, a good purchse.

The computer does what is it supposed to, good speed good memory, nice big screen I just dont like the case to be plastic instead of metal

great purchase honestly it’s an amazing laptop only problem i have is the battery life and the cooling. it gets hot quick and takes a minute to cool down.
