It’s got decent horse power. Bought this for my kid in grad school as they needed a windows laptop for some app. I had also bought a different model last year for my own educational need. Problem with HP is that their displays and trackpad suck. The display is so dull that your eyes get stained. For normal use I connect to an external monitor. But, for proctored exams, where you are not allowed to use an external monitor, it’s a pain.

Since the cozy welcome, the good vibes, and wonderful attention, everything was awesome and I could really say that since the first assistance to the last person who attended me, they were all super knowledgeable and professional. We were in need of a new laptop because ours was pretty old. My husband uses it daily. We are retired and didn’t want to spend a lot of money. This fits the bill perfectly. My husband is very happy with it.

I’m very happy with the laptop; not happy to have to purchase Microsoft Office separately;-(not a Best problem) nor am i happy that no one within the company knows how to update current email accounts. I was happy “Elizabeth” (?) was able to access my account in the store enabling me use accrued points. Good merch exhausting customer service.

It is great -- I ordered exactly what my computer pro told me to do, and it's a good computer, and I got it on sale on Black Friday -- wonderful!

This laptop runs smoothly, easy to type, functions well in general.

I love this computer. Theres a couple features that would have put the cherry on top for me, like the 2-in-1 and the fingerprint scanner but overall I don't regret this purchase in the slightest

I needed a pc for business that I could travel with. This is perfect size for me to take on the road. I have other HD products so its very familiar and easy to navigate. I am old school so appreciate windows os.
