The HP computer is great, fast, and really like it. I thank the crew at Best Buy for helping select and getting me in the right direction as far as selection, Very Pleased.

I am very happy with this laptop since I had to replace an HP that couldn't be updated with Windows 11. Everything is running perfectly but I wish I the pad set up which is a little different from my EliteBook but I always use a mouse so it's not a big deal. Overall I think that it is a good value.

This has been a great work laptop! It's lightweight and easy to carry. The laptop has been user friendly and I was able to easily load all my apps. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, lightweight and comfortable laptop.

My old lap top was getting slower and slower . Geek squad cleaned up all old unnecessary entrees and the new one is doing great. THANK YOU !

HP tends to make a decent product, this Laptop met the needs of my son's homeschool classes. Not a gaming laptop but does what you need it to do otherwise. It did come with a lot of pre-installed programs that I had to uninstall as they were distractions for my 4th grade son.

This laptop has met my expectations, its quality shows with every key stroke. Its very dependable, and user friendly. I couldn't be happier with it, and would recommend it to others.

This is a great laptop if you're looking for good performance and a lower price point. If you're looking for the "best of the best" I would probably make a different choice, but all in all, this has been a great choice if you need lower budget options.
