lighter than previous model right size keys faster

I recently purchased the HP Intel Core i7 - 16 GB Memory to replace an older HP that had started to have issues. The new HP is fast and moving everything from the old to the new one was pretty painless. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I only buy HP products and once again, this laptop did not disappoint. I love the touch screen and it’s not heavy to tote around. It’s very user friendly to set up and to operate.

This was to upgrade to Windows 11. It replaced the HP that was 6 years old with Windows 10. If the new one works as well as the old one as it has so far, we will be happy with it.

The laptop is good l use it for work and personal use.l have no problems with it.

Good computer. Nice keyboard, pretty fast, not for gaming but very good for office and on-line apps. Not wild about windows 11 for us. Seems like 11 is a step backward for what we use it for.

This laptop is perfect for what I use it for, streaming, saving documents, and fast processing speeds.

So far no complaints! It was a smooth purchase, and the computer has been good. I think the battery life could be longer. Thank you!

I bought this laptop for my niece as belated Christmas/birthday gift and she was elated with it, plus it's a touch screen her happiness has known no bounds. The staff that helped me at the best buy store where I purchased the computer was so knowledgeable about computers that really helped me in choosing this computer.

The new computer is working nicely. Rick is having a small problem with getting the printing set up correctly though.

It really is amazing, can't have ordered a better laptop. Plus the delivery tiemframe was exceptional.
