I’m very pleased with my new HP laptop and the performance. The price snd quality were excellent I couldn’t be more pleased with this laptop!

Product is as described. Set-up was easy and the laptop is working well. I don't love the keyboard, but I don't like most laptop keyboards.

This a good low priced Laptop. You get what you pay for as they say. I have had no problems. I don't like all the bloatware loaded on new laptops and it takes time to get rid of it. Its light weight (all plastic)

This laptop has already out performed my previous HP. The ease of set up and processing time has exceeded my expectations.

Battery life is very low. I would not recommend this product unless you have to plugged in all the time

It’s so bad that I returned the laptop to different store of Best Buy I bought it. It’s going to be 28 days now that my cash 210:71cents has not been given to me, I was first told 10 to 15 days it passed, and another 7days passed another 7 to 10 days given to me is going to expire tomorrow. Why? One of your head in best buy at belateria in Richmond area told since it was bought in different stores they cannot do anything and I asked is it not same Best Buy the man refused it. In two days time it will be a month I’ve been waiting for my money.

My new laptop is performing great and it is much lighter than my previous one. The geek squad put all my necessary documents and files and the set up was done in a timely fashion!

Since I am not a gamer or use it for business it's perfect for the things I do such as emails and searching the web.

Best laptop I’ve had (and I’ve had lots). Fast processor and battery life is great. The only thing that I don’t like a lot is the mouse pad. It’s a little stiff and hard to maneuver at times.

Good laptop with a solid feel. Operates smoothly and no issues. Touch screen is responsive and fast. Will definitely recommend HP.

This is a great laptop for the price and is working well for our staff. It seems solid, unlike some that we’ve purchased in the past that were rather flimsy, the keys have a nice touch, plenty of ports, and overall we’re happy. It’s also readily available which is refreshing as we’ve purchased 2 more following our initial order.

Needed a new family computer for our house. This one fits all our needs.
