    Excellent. Quick and practical. Have been using it for heavy usage for 2 workers and it has great capacity. Doesnt seem to be rugged so bear in mind buying additional wear protection.

    MY old laptop was no longer supported by microsoft, so I had to upgrade. the team at best buy did a good job of listenting to my needs and not over saleing me something I didn't need. The new H.P. does everything I need.

    After 3 years of using a "Cheap" laptop that literally broke apart, this HP laptop just has a much better feel and graphics. I use it daily, since retirement, for social media and paying bills at home and while traveling. The only negative, in my opinion, is the keyboard letters are a bit too light for us "hunt & peck" users. It is my hope that buying more RAM and storage, that this will be a long-lasting investment.
