    I'm very pleased with this computer; it does everything I need. The graphics are clear and crisp and the colors vivid. Set up was easy and it came with a trial antivirus. The price was actually less than I was expecting to have to pay for this much memory. If I were a gamer, I might want more, but I'm not, so this is fitting my needs and wants very well.

    In the store our service was great. However we purchased Microsoft office and Norton. I received the pass code for Microsoft but not for Norton. It was supposed to be in a confirmation email which I don’t think I received. I have looked everywhere. Inbox, spam and trash. I was not sent to me. I have had 2 different people get on my computer and go through my email to find the pass key code key. Neither person could find a pass code I talked to Best Buy’s customer service and they were going to send it again. I just received the same email I already have. There is no pass key code in that email. I don’t know why I didn’t get a card or have it show up on my receipt at the time of the sale!!
