It's a good option for medium-heavy work, but it's weak for high-megapixel photos. I had no problems up to 26 megapixels and using Photoshop and Camera Raw 21.

Wouldn't get again. Backlit keyboard is way too important to not include. My old pc even had this feature. Could not even find in fine print. Like HP's, Just not this one.

Very good first laptop for my 14 year old son. Overall, a little bulky, and the screen is average in quality. Long battery life is a plus.

I've bought and used HP Laptops for over 15 yrs and have been please with them overall. This new HP laptop, not as much. It's description stated it had a lighted keyboard. It DOES NOT have a lighted keyboard. Also, the keys on the keyboard itself feel kind of cheap. They keys are hard to read/see in the least bit of dim light. I am not happy at all with the keyboard. Other than that, I guess it's ok, so far. I've only had it for a couple of months.

When I first looked at the specs on this laptop I thought this was the one for me. But the specs said on the website that this keyboard is backlit, but it is not. I confirmed with HP that this model doesn't have a backlit keyboard. Disappointed because this is one of the reasons I purchased this laptop. BestBuy should be sure that the correct information for the model is correct. I would give it 5 stars, but because it's not what was purchased online and no one wanted to assume responsibility for the misinformation, I'm giving it 2 stars.
