My new HP-15.6 Full HD Touch-Screen Laptop is all what I expected it to be. Wonderful!! I love the touch screen. It's great to be able to play around with the screen. Great amount of Memory to use for my home based business. I enjoy the ease in which I can navigate all the programs and tools so easily. It didn't take long to get used to operating this wonderful machine!

I recently completed a few purchases at your store and wanted to take a moment to recognize three employees who provided outstanding customer service. When I first came in to purchase a computer, I did not have the knowledge I needed to make the right decision. CJ was extremely helpful in explaining the different options available and clearly outlined why the computer I ultimately chose would best meet my needs. His patience and knowledge made the process much easier and gave me confidence that I was making the right purchase. When I arrived to pick up my computer from the Geek Squad's programming update I needed to purchase a HDMI cable for the computer and was assisted by Braeden. He immediately noticed that I had selected the wrong cable and took the time to explain the difference and help me get the correct one. Braden went above and beyond by walking me over to the Geek Squad table and proceeded to go through my new computer with me and added the new software CJ suggested I have installed.His willingness to help and his excellent service made a huge difference in making me feel comfortable with my purchase. While waiting for my appointment , I talked with Kenneth about a dishwasher I was considering purchasing.After we talked, I followed his suggestion and purchased a different dishwasher that would exceed my requirements. Both CJ, Braeden and Kennth were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Their customer service is a great reflection on your store, and I wanted to make sure they received the recognition they deserve

Bought 2 of these for my twins for college. Excellent screen display. Fast processor as it loads things quickly. They are able to do all their homework, stream & watch movies on it and play music as well. They are able to to look at their class schedules as well as it having a touchscreen to make it super easy to do things on it. This is an excellent computer and everything they need to start their first year at college with! Battery life is long lasting as well.

Ease of operations, screen color , weight fast processor

This is a great computer for the price. There are others in a higher price range, but I went with this one as I took advantage of the Labor Day sale. I use it for work, and I have to say, I got my monies worth. The computer has great image resolution and speed. It has all I need to be able to operate. It also has a slim build and design which looks good to the eye. It is slim and not bulky, all around a good buy. I would highly recommend it.

WONDERFUL! Easy to use. Love the big key size, the large screen and touch screen features. Navigation is easy (my previous was Windows 8.1)! I do not like that the Word and Excel I purchased several years ago could not be transferred to this computer. Not fair to have to subscribe now.

I’ve been using this laptop for about one month now, and overall it has been very good. The performance is smooth, the screen is clear, and it handles my daily tasks without any issues. I haven’t experienced any errors, crashes, or technical problems since I started using it. So far, it has been reliable and meets my expectations.

I've had it for a month now and I'm very happy with the speed and performance. I feel it's a great value for the money. Good mid range PC for the money. Wish it had a backlit keyboard but you can't have everything for $500

Sales staff wasn't very knowledgeable. Laptop works fine. I was kind of forced into this purchase as my current unit (9 year old HP) finally bit the dust. This HP is much faster with a better feeling keyboard.

Screen is very bright, keyboard is very large and spacious to type. Fast charging and battery takes long to run out.
