This was a total waste of my hard earn money. The battery doesn't even last over an hour, it's very difficult connecting or staying on the WIFI.

Support center at store is overworked. Friendly but they were unable to sit and explain my new computer laptop set up.

Wouldn't get again. Backlit keyboard is way too important to not include. My old pc even had this feature. Could not even find in fine print. Like HP's, Just not this one.

When I first looked at the specs on this laptop I thought this was the one for me. But the specs said on the website that this keyboard is backlit, but it is not. I confirmed with HP that this model doesn't have a backlit keyboard. Disappointed because this is one of the reasons I purchased this laptop. BestBuy should be sure that the correct information for the model is correct. I would give it 5 stars, but because it's not what was purchased online and no one wanted to assume responsibility for the misinformation, I'm giving it 2 stars.

Good size and easy to set up. I am very happy with this laptop for college in the fall.

It's a good option for medium-heavy work, but it's weak for high-megapixel photos. I had no problems up to 26 megapixels and using Photoshop and Camera Raw 21.

laptop works fine if you dont need to access the internet. will work great for 2 weeks with no internet problems. then the next day it keeps getting connected , then drops to not connected to the internet. does that for hours. then the next day its back to normal and connects to the internet fine. then a week later is back to the constant disconnects. it is pathetic that i paid over $600 for this new laptop and i am having connection problems to the internet the first month i have the new laptop. right now it is back to connecting then disconnet and drops the internet connection.

No complaints with my laptop. Easy to install and easy to work

Works well gets very hot and loud. Otherwise the computer is good.
