Easy to set up, fast, does have a learning curve with Windows 11, PC is light, buttons soft.

It really is amazing, can't have ordered a better laptop. Plus the delivery tiemframe was exceptional.

New HP with Win 11 is perfect for my needs. It's fast and set up was easy. The shipment came quickly and was well packaged. It's a bit smaller than my last HP but I have a larger monitor with HDMI so the 15" is fine rather than a 17".

This is indeed a good product. I had to return this back to get another good product

It’s a great computer, comes with a lot of space but I don’t like the battery life at all. It dies within a few hours and I have to keep the charger plugged in most of the time. Also, when I’m in a zoom meeting, the webcam is still blurry. I thought the resolution would be better but it’s not.

Loads fast, doesn’t lag, and can handle anything I have thrown at it. Battery isn’t the best but isn’t the worst. I get about 6 straight hours hardcore use and I’m at 20%. Basic using I get about 7-8 hours. Charges fast and boots up fast.

Overall a value for money. Exactly what I wanted. The touch screen sensor is fast and the laptop itself so not heavy.

I run a small business and we have about ten of these. Laptops have been very reliable and hold a good charge with regular usage. This isn't going to give you gaming laptop performance but is very solid. Will purchase again if needed.
