Will say and note that the battery doesn't last as long as our previous HP laptop. Have to plug in charger more often. Not a big deal for us.

Purchased it for my niece abroad for school, and she loves it. Was very easy to set up. Also purchased Microsoft and downloaded Microsoft Office 365.

I have had no problems. I don't like all the bloatware loaded on new laptops and it takes time to get rid of it. Its light weight (all plastic)

Everything seems to be working well. If I do not have problems with anything I would change my rating to 5 Star.
