Really enjoying the laptop once I fully learn how to maneuver through the screens, then I can enjoy it more. the problem is owner issues, not the product. I love the crisp clear screen, I love that its touch screen and definitely love the speed.

I received this computer as a gift and am very happy with it. It is very easy to use and find more features all the time. The touchscreen is great and it is very fast.

Lightweight and powerful. Reliable laptop only gripe would be the font on the keys themselves but thats a personal grievance.

The touch functionality is responsive and convenient for quick interactions. * Decent Port Selection (with caveats): It offers a good array of USB-A and HDMI ports for connecting peripherals, which is essential for my workflow. * Privacy Shutter for Webcam: The inclusion of a physical privacy shutter for the 720p webcam is a welcome feature, providing peace of mind. Areas Where It Falls Short (The "Quality Gap"): * Build Quality and Materials: This is perhaps the most noticeable difference compared to my previous Envy x360. The 15-fd0127dx feels predominantly plastic, especially the keyboard base and bottom. While perfectly functional, it lacks the premium, solid feel of the aluminum chassis found on the Envy series. Exactly what I needed. Fast, easy to use right out of the box. Great bang for buck. Screen is clear HD and touch screen is very responsive. Perfect for work, streaming and schoolwork. No problems with it.

The laptop itself is nice, fast for what I need it for. The specs have a discrepancy in the listing that state there is a backlit keyboard — there is not. Outside of that — it does what it needs to. Very lightweight. Runs hot when it’s busy.

So far I really like this laptop, its light and easy to use, wish the battery life was a little longer but I don’t sit on the computer for very long so works for me, getting used to the touch screen but its fast and does what I need.

I purchased two of these laptops, one for each grandson. The setup was step-by-step and easy to follow. The screen images are clear and crisp, the speed of processing is fast, and it is light weight. I would consider purchasing another one if needed.

Seems to handle multiple open windows ok. I only use it for emails & home use so can't give a review on huge downloads for work purposes. Battery doesn't hold a charge very long for a new laptop but maybe none of them really do anyway. It works for me just fine.

Well satisfied with HP computer, very fast much better than the Dell that it replaced. The touch screen took a little getting use to. The only thing I wish it had is padded protective sleeve like the HP spectre x360 came with that I bought about 3 years ago.

Fast shipping great product for exactly as expected I love it. It does get hot when I run a couple of programs so I do have it sitting on a fan pad but that happens with a lot of hp's or laptops when you run a lot of programs.
