In the store our service was great. However we purchased Microsoft office and Norton. I received the pass code for Microsoft but not for Norton. It was supposed to be in a confirmation email which I don’t think I received. I have looked everywhere. Inbox, spam and trash. I was not sent to me. I have had 2 different people get on my computer and go through my email to find the pass key code key. Neither person could find a pass code I talked to Best Buy’s customer service and they were going to send it again. I just received the same email I already have. There is no pass key code in that email. I don’t know why I didn’t get a card or have it show up on my receipt at the time of the sale!!

As an older individual I appreciated all the information that the sales staff gave me to help make make this model the choice I needed.

Loving this HP laptop so far. It’s got some AI enhanced features that are quite handy. I have a copilot subscription, which makes it even better. My only issue is that the battery life isn't as long as I would like.

Why change the power plug from the left side to the right side??? Every other one I've owned had it on the left side. Wouldn't have purchased had I known.

The computer has performed as advertised. Although the associate may have misspoken when telling us about some of the specs for the laptop. He mentioned that it had a backlit keyboard. but as of yet I have not found a way to make the keyboard light up. But that is not as big deal, as our last laptop did not have this feature. The HP laptop works fine and has performed as we had hoped.

This was a great purchase. I love that the number key is on the right side of the keyboard, it has a clear picture, and accurate touch screen. I wish the keyboard lit up when i typed but besides that, I'm super happy with this purchase.

Hey, what can I say. All of the features and power that my daughter needs for her college courses are bundled in this package. Touchscreen is so good.

Great laptop for work and school purposes. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because the internal speakers are horrible and hard to hear, but I always use a headset with it it wasn’t really a priority for me.

Excellent purchase. Price was in line with competitors and even a bit lower because of the sale. I already had a HP laptop for work so wanted another one for personal. I do a lot of 3d printing so needed something that could handle the storage of files. This is a great laptop. I'm very please with my purchase.

Had to replace my 15 year old laptop. Good choice, touch screen works well for my senior eyes. Especially when I need to see a print with more more clarity.

Meets my needs. Light weight and easy to transport . So far I am satisfied with the performance of my computer.

Much faster than my other computer which was a Dell.
