I got this lap top for my grandson for this school year and he is really happy for it . It was also his birthday gift

MY old laptop was no longer supported by microsoft, so I had to upgrade. the team at best buy did a good job of listenting to my needs and not over saleing me something I didn't need. The new H.P. does everything I need.

I'm very satisfied with my new HP PC. From the very first start-up, it has proven to be fast, efficient, and reliable. The build quality is excellent, and the modern design gives it a professional look. Perfect for both work and entertainment. A great investment.

I love my laptop. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the letters and numbers on my keys are disappearing. I did use it daily but I’ve only had it for 2 months. Other than that, it’s a solid purchase.

Excellent computer, exactly what I was looking for and what they described to me. I'm very happy with it and 100% recommended.

It is va good product easy to work on. However the letter5s in the key board are very thin and hard to see. I would had rather have a lit keyboard but I did not think about it at tat time. It is pretty light.

Updated laptop for my Mom. She loves how much lighter it is to her 4-5 year old model. Tricky to find the power button because its in the top row of keys. I was able to moved all her old account and files with no issues.

Great computer for the price. Was on sale for $500. Computer is fast and does exactly what I need. I’m not a gamer and I rarely stream anything on it

very nice laptop to replace old Dell. screen display very good bold colors and clear viewing. have not used touch screen capabilities yet as I do not like finger prints on screen. I am very happy with this new set up

I used to not purchase HP because they would always break down so quickly after purchase, however, I purchased an HP a few years ago, and operating system is still solid, but the hardware is slowly chipping away. I decided for the price this would be a good purchase, and it is a much better built hardware, but the operating system does not seem to be as good. Ce Es La Vie.

A perfect fit for our accounting agents! The processing speed is impressive and allows for multiple internet tabs to be open at the same time. I would recommend this computer for anyone who has to multitask at work.
