Sleek and lightweight. So far decent battery life. Sensitive keyboard- easy to make errors by brushing up against keys unintentionally. Overall, not bad for the price.

The keys are large enough to allow for easy keying. Screen is just the right size. Loads quickly.

Was looking for a laptop that could handle average schoolwork and casual usage, and I haven't been disappointed by my choice thus far. The touchscreen responds very well, no problems with that. The battery is enough to get me through an average day at school--while still running at a good speed, etc. Would recommend this to others.

It’s a great computer, comes with a lot of space but I don’t like the battery life at all. It dies within a few hours and I have to keep the charger plugged in most of the time. Also, when I’m in a zoom meeting, the webcam is still blurry. I thought the resolution would be better but it’s not.

IT DOES EVERYTHING I NEED IT TO DO. I USE IT FOR MY BUSINESS. I WISH THE BATTERY LASTED A LITTLE LONGER.

Wonderful device, came in perfect condition runs superior to other laptops in its field as well. The new camera features allow a more realistic input to what the consumer wants to create. Finally the touchscreen makes it very convenient for any and all activity within device

Very good laptop for my needs, glad I decided on this HP model. Only concerns would be battery life is just ok, but I knew that prior to purchasing and, a small pamphlet showing the key operating features would had been great for this first time laptop owner. (Thank you Geek Squad for your help !!)

Love the touchscreen and how easy it was to set up everything we needed on it! Would highly recommend this laptop.
